This book is 299 pages, scanned at 200 dpi, and made into a single PDF file.  The book's index is included in the book PDF, and another index is included.

While having a single PDF is convenient, it must be noted that older computers may find it difficult to load and run because it uses a lot of system resources.  The easiest solution is to download a copy of the file from the CD to your computer.



The book features the usual prominent citizens and their homes, and most are indexed.  Also in the book are group photos of many factory crews, and most are identified, but they are not indexed.  I fixed that:  my index includes them all, rich and poor.
