I am very grateful to the residents of Calais, Marshfield and Plainfield for their vote of confidence in my candidacy for State Rep. My opponent Charlotte Bassage ran an energetic and focused campaign and I know that many voters wished they hadn't had to choose between us.

Since I started campaigning I have visited more than 1,000 households in the three towns. The welcome I receive as I go door to door is energizing and inspiring. My campaign for the general election will be a continuation of what I've done so far — meeting voters at their doorsteps, holding open houses and participating in forums. Voters in this district are informed and concerned about the issues and appreciate the opportunity to hear where the candidates stand. I am hoping my opponent and I will be able to meet in a forum or debate in each of the three towns in the district.
