VINYLLY ON CD
Finally, the vinyl releases can be heard by those who don't share the love for turntables. Re-mastered and sounding more vibrant that ever, this reissue includes "Lasso Your Heart," "Honky Tonk Nighttime Gal," and "And The Angels Sing."

DANCE & SING WITH DEE LANNON & THE DAREDEVIL DILLIES
Masterminded by Jan Svensson (Wildfire Willie) and including Sweden's finest rockabilly and hillbilly players, this lo-fi, rough and rowdy effort was recorded in Sweden in 2002.

AND THE ANGELS SING
Dee returns to her Rockabilly roots on this new four song, 7" EP for On The Hill Records, in Japan. Produced by Skip Heller, the record features two of Dee's originals, including a brand new song called Wildfire Baby. Two covers were chosen which show the versatility of Dee's voice - from the kittenish growling of Jean Shepard's Jeopardy, to the lilting jazz licks in Skip's new arrangement of the standard And The Angels Sing. Russell Scott is featured on bass.

Town Casino

TOWN CASINO
This CD, produced by Nick Kane of The Mavericks, has gotten great reviews, including being chosen as one of Country Standard Time's top picks of the year. The players include Don Heffington (who has played with The Wallflowers, Victoria Williams, The Jayhawks, and Lone Justice, to name but a few) on drums and percussion, Greg Boaz on electric bass, Rick Solem on piano (both of whom play regularly with Dave Alvin), and the incomparable Russell Scott on upright bass. From R&B to stone country, from Rockabilly to torch - the songs on this CD reflect a wonderful diversity, all bound together by Dee's strong, unique voice.

Honky Tonk Nighttime Gal

HONKY TONK NIGHTTIME GAL
This five song, vinyl 10" EP was recorded in 1994, with James Intveld on bass and DJ Bonebrake on drums. Nick Kane played most of the guitar parts; Gere Fenellie (of Redd Kross) played keyboards. Margaret Hatch (of The Hungry 5) added some fiddle, and Olen Taylor (of The Wichitas) sang harmony. This release features four of Dee's original songs, plus a cover of Merle Haggard's Honky Tonk Nighttime Man (Gal, in Dee's case), with incendiary guitar work by Nick.

Lasso Your Heart

LASSO YOUR HEART
This is a 45 rpm vinyl two song single, including Until You're Mine, and $3.00 Left. Rosie Flores produced it, and the players were essentially Dee's band, The Rhythm Rustlers, at the time. They include Randy Weeks, Russell Scott, Chas Smith and Philippe Aubuchon. "$3.00 Left" got picked up and is used in the movie "Deadfall" starring Nicolas Cage and James Coburn.

LAZY LOUD & LIQUOR'D UP
This 1989 compilation of San Francisco alternative country bands was Dee's first release. Produced by Art Alexakis (of Everclear) and backed by Frank Novicki (of the Sloe Gin Joes) and his then-band The Diablos, Dee's Rockabilly lamentation "Hello Mr. Bottle" received terrific reviews and quite a bit of airplay.
