TIMBER SALES

If you're thinking of selling the timber on your land, you need to call our office to insure that you get the best price possible.  We send out letters to approximately 45-50 timber companies in the area, giving them the chance to bid on the timber.  They submit sealed bids by a pre-set date giving their best price for the timber.  Bids vary greatly depending on a specific company's needs at that time.  If you've been getting bids from just one or two companies, you probably have not been getting top dollar.  Call us at 770-464-9933.

SAWMILL
