Our office is located in a picturesque setting at Holder's Mill on Rocky Creek.  What began as a dream - the purchase of an old grist mill and the desire to create a place where corn could once again be ground like "in the good old days" - became a reality in 1998 with the move to our present location.  Rick Holder, our broker and auctioneer, was the man of vision who conceived the idea, designed the building, and made it a reality.  A look around will quickly establish that a love of old things is an integral part of the atmosphere at Holder's Mill.  Rick designed the building to incorporate the use of lumber from old churches, schools, mills, and even old tenement houses, so that it has the look and feel of already being a part of history.  In addition to the real estate office, Holder's Mill is home to a wood shop and syrup mill with plans to someday add a blacksmith shop.      It helps to be a man of boundless energy, but it doesn't hurt to be backed up by a great support team.  Holder Land & Auction has a staff of quality professionals with the knowledge and years of experience, combined with an old-fashioned belief in honesty and hard work, that make them the ones to turn to when you need someone you can depend on!
