Working with Steve Martin
Associates, we provided design surveys and construction
staking of the Winery and treatment pond in Sonoma California.
City of Santa
Rosa Sewer Replacement Project -
Downtown Third, Fourth and Fifth
Streets and Railroad Square. Provided topographic
mapping and electronic AutoCAD drawings for the Downtown
area. This project required the integration of existing
As-built improvement drawings into our base mapping
as well as coordinating onsite utility locating with
USA services. This five sheet mapping project was
completed and delivered to Green Valley prior to their
initial project meeting with the City of Santa Rosa,
providing them with current site conditions to assist
them in their project planning.

Development, Santa Rosa, California -
Site development on a 1,000
acre ranch. Duties included providing topographic
mapping along the 1-1/2 mile access
road and house site for design purposes, delivering
a formatted AutoCAD file which included a Digital
Terrain Model (tin) for
the engineers use. Our firm
also provided construction staking for the proposed
improvements.

Community Housing Development projects. One was thirteen
Lots on a cul-d-sac, the other was four apartment
buildings with laundry facilities and parking areas.

Surveyed and monumented nearly
two miles of abandoned Railroad Right-of-way, mapped

Certificate of Compliance and nine Lot Line Adjustments
with adjoining land owners to resolve boundary disputes.

Retracement of a 1902 Subdivision.
Found a few of the original hubs buried sometimes
up to a foot deep.
