Eating out is one of the special privileges due to retired people who have literally cooked thousands (if not more) meals for the family and friends and are now faced with an empty nest and time on their hands. Well, I am one of those people and while still having to cook for my husband and various grandchildren, I manage to spend at least one day a week, shopping and eating lunch at various restaurants.
I would like to categorize the restaurants I am going to mention: restaurants my friends-husband and I visit on our weekly forays; restaurants in cities in the U.S.A. that Jack and I visit; and restaurants in other countries.
