Welcome! What to do, what to do... As an aspiring author, I have many plans for this site. I may use it to post short stories, or perhaps excerpts from my full length novels. I could use this as an aid in my efforts to get a publishing deal, yea! Or find that perfect writing job, get back into TV, yea... hmmmm... or I could just goof off and write about things I like. Anyone seen "Sleepy Hollow"? Isn't Johnny Depp just adorable?! But I digress... stay tuned for more exciting developements as the web-site turns...

Currently, I am awaiting the results of a writing contest sponsored by The Orlando Sentinel. The basics: write the opening paragraph of a story that is taking place in Florida on either 12/31/99 or 1/1/00, 100 words or less. If I win I'll post my paragraph here. I just let my hand do the writing while I watched from a distance, made a few tweaks and sent it off. Wish me luck!
