July 1, 2001:
    
    Post 10-8 helped with the annual Happy Birthday U.S.A. Celebration at the Trinity Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. They helped park cars on the church parking lot and helped cars exit after the celebration. Also, the Explorers were asked to participate as the Color Guard.
