Minutes: July 25, 2006 Integrity / Central Ohio Stonewall Columbus Meeting was called to order at 6:51 PM Members Present: Joel Flint, Mike Wernick, deniray Mueller, and guests Bob Roehm and Dick Elwell. Discussion centered around maintaining a presence at diocesan convention, in spite of the fact that booths can be set up only on Friday, November 10 (since the election of our next bishop will be held on Saturday) and that they must remain unstaffed (the vendor booths will be on an indoor track up above the convention floor and there can be no noise that would "fall down" to the floor. It was decided that we would attempt to gain the support of the Cincinnati chapter and find volunteers who could assemble and dismantle the booth for that one day. Progress will be reported at the September meeting. We also recapped the actions of General Convention and the consequences of many of the resolutions that passed or failed. Reminder: The Inter-Denominational Gathering will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church at 5:00 on August 20. The next meeting will be on September 26 at Stonewall. Back
