Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Once your item is delivered to the carrier I am no longer responsible

If you do not receive your package and you have paid to insure your package,
an insurance claim will be submitted to the carrier, after their investigation their findings will be reported to
me, I will then determine if a refund is appropriate. If a refund is justified the refund will be issued for purchase
price only, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
