System Requirements:

Windows 95+ 
486DX2-66 
8MB RAM 
2X CDROM drive 
18MB free hard disk space 

 

"The General Drill"

updated printable General Drill

As always make sure you have a "clean" computer by doing a Scan Disc.
Close down all running programs.

• Insert the Broken Sword CD1 into your default CD ROM Drive.-->Ignore 
  the Auto Run-->If you have it engaged then just choose exit.
  
  
• Go to-->My Computer-->The CD Drive Letter where you inserted the 
  Broken Sword CD1-->Locate the file "Setup.exe"-->Right Click--> Properties-->Compatibility-->Choose --> Windows 98 for 
  Compatibility mode-->Click Apply Click OK.
  
  
• Double Click on "Setup.exe Icon" to start the install. Follow the prompts 
  changing the CD Discs when asked to. Click Finish. Click Exit.
  
  
• Go to-->Start-->All Programs-->Revolution-->Right Click on Icon for 
  Broken Sword--> Properties-->
  
  
• Follow the rules below:
  
• Compatibility-->Compatibility Mode-->Check box-->Windows98.
  Click Apply. Click OK.
