Ilse provides Eastern/Western mix of Deep Tissue, Structural Integration,
Myofacial Release and Neuromuscular therapy. She will guide you to
physical and emotional balance, and help you attain a pain-free and
happy life.

She has found it very cleansing and healing for the individual, in
turn the individual is able to move through the ups and downs smoothly
and in turn enjoy the journey through life.

Ilse’s
new path - research and development.
In the year 2000 Ilse had a chance to take a series of classes
- Structural Integration (SI). These classes formed and shaped
her working style, incorporating SI into the 1hr or 1 1⁄2

Now 10 years later of providing Body Work, Ilse decided that
being with your family is very important and now resides in
Oregon so that she can be with her children and grand-children.
Love and loving is very important to all humans. Ilse is currently
an independent contractor to the Mittleman Jewish Center http://www.oregonjcc.org/
, THE SPA in Curves in Multnomah Village, and Tigard Fitness.
She also consults with other medical professionals.
Ilse accepts private clients by referral only. I am honored
to be the person that can help guide and move people on to the
path of healing and enjoying life. Intensive balancing takes
time and trust between practitioner and patient. Letting someone
in to your personal - intimate, spiritual, and emotional world
- takes time and you need to want to work on it yourself also.
Research and Development is in the future for Ilse. Her previous

in the ‘90’s sparked her interest in Science and
Research. Finally in the year 2008 science and researchers are
starting to take interest in Facia. Fascia is what Ilse constantly
irons out in the human body. Her ability to feel and identify
has given her the title of “healer” or “Shaman”.
