There errors were not caught until underwriting which resulted in delays.  We had to rent a hotel room and wait 5 days for our loan to come in so we could close ...."

Do your research so this does not happen to you!   Interview your loan officers or bankers well ahead of when you submit your purchase offer contract. 

Get your paperwork to your loan officer early so that your loan will be processed in time for a smooth closing.  

Please interview at least 3 mortgage brokers or bankers to get the BEST rates and the BEST history of great service.  Feel free to ask them for references of satisfied clients.
