One thing that I know for sure is that You Gotta Have Gadgets!

Some people prefer to buy everything for their brewery and that is fine, as for me I like to build as much as I can for several reasons. First, I'm Cheap, and you can make some remarkable equipment for a fraction of their purchase price. Secondly, I am the kind of person that likes to keep my mind and my hands busy and work on new (to me) ideas.

I can't take credit for all of the ideas for equipment within this site. I do however take credit for building them and redesigning some of them. If I can give you some ideas to be improved on, then I did what I intended. Designing and building gadgets is just about as much fun as the brewing itself.
