Sessions may consist of:
Perception: Includes Intuitive Knowing; Seeing Energy in the aura, 5 Element System, body, chakras, tan
tiens, energy connected to others/external events. Iridology for those who like physical validation.
Release: Using Energy Empowerment techniques, Rapid Eye Technology, Reiki, Movement, breath, trust, and
suggestions.
ReAlignment: Using energy empowerment, re framing, and behavioural suggestions.
Filtering & Protection:Energy empowerment tools, essential oils, meditations and suggestions to help you
stop taking on other people's and places negativity.

Sessions: Be prepared, list your questions, allow enough time for them to be
answered and be prepared to let go.
I also offer sessions to tune into the energy of land, buildings and businesses.
These can also be done over the phone or in person.
These sessions are not a substitute for professional licensed counselling or
medical counselling. There are no medical claims made for any energy work or
suggestions.

Workshops
There are many available, including: Aromatic Chi Gung, Create Harmony & Balance,
Chanting, Chakra Balancing, Develop Your Intuition, Edgu, Energy Balancing,
Hatha Yoga - Asanas & Flow, Movement & Meditation, OneDance, Psychic Protection
and Filtering, Release, Let Go & Move On, and Seeing Auras to name a few.
They are all designed to embrace your essence, release your limitations and
help you to move forward in your life. Feel free to bring your questions and experience,
wear comfortable clothing. Each workshop is interactive and some may involve gentle
movement.

To schedule a session first decide if you want to do it by phone or in person,
then feel free to contact me or my local organizer by e-mail or phone and specify
three times or days that would work for you. If you could specify the length
of session you would like too, that would be great! Fee's are $75 per 55 minute
session. If necessary financial arrangements can be made.
Workshops & Classes: If I do not offer anything in your area and you want
to organise an event let me know. If you want to do a specific type of training
that is not listed again please contact me directly. To book a place at an event
please call the contact number on the schedule page. For those of you who want
to go deeper I am available for apprenticeship programs and continuous support.
