We are a Catholic Homeschooling Support Group in the Inland Empire area of California. We serve all of the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties), and parts of Los Angeles and Orange County.

	* Check out Southern California Catholic Home Educators Conference Some of our members put this wonderful conference on every year in Chino Hills, Ca.  Please contact SCCHE director Laura Arkfeld (Arkfam7@verizon.net) if you would like to volunteer some time helping out with the conference this year.   This year's conference will be June 28, 2008, at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Chino Hills.  They have some wonderful speakers this year, including   Dr. Mary Kay Clark   of Seton Home Study School and   Mrs. Laura Berquist Author of Designing Your Own Classical Curriculum and Founder & Director of   Mother of Divine Grace School   Looking for Roman Catholic Churches who promote or support homeschooling?  (Please contact us to add your church or homeschool event or activity.) San Secondo d'Asti Church,  a Roman Catholic Church in Guasti, is where some of our IECH family attend mass, and most of their parishioners homeschool. Please check out their site and join us for Saturday evening or Sunday mass.    Fr. Louis Marx, pastor of the parish and is very encouraging and supportive of homeschooling.    Fr. William Erstad, of San Secondo d'Asti, passed away on June 15, 2005.  He was very involved with the homeschoolers, and we miss him dearly.  Some of us homeschoolers are starting The Fr. William Erstad Memorial and Lending Library, in his honor.  This is something that he had asked for help with, before he passed away.  We are currently in need of active volunteers.  Teens may also receive service hours for this.  Please contact them at:  FatherErstadLendingLibrary@earthlink.net   We meet together, at different locations,  for park day, and have ongoing field trips planned.
