  1. Open canopy
  2. Positive Control Check
  3. Assistant Opens Spoilers, Inspect Linkages etc.
  4. Exchange Battery for Radio, Radio Set & On
  5. Close canopy

RIGHT WING

  1. Leading Edge
  2. Wing tip
  3. Aileron hinges, pins, push
  4. rods, movement
  5. Trailing edge
  6. Fuselage to tail area

TAIL ASSEMBLY

  1. Hinge points, rudder
  2. Hinge points, elevator
  3. Push rods to elevator horn
  4. Stabilizer attachment to fuselage
  5. Rudder cable connection to horn
  6. Tail wheel assembly
  7. Left side fuselage to wing

LEFT WING

  1. Trailing edge
  2. Aileron hinges, pins, push rods, movement
  3. Wing tip
  4. Leading edge

FUSELAGE (COCKPIT AREA, LEFT SIDE)

  1. Canopy hinges, pins cable
  2. Skid plate condition
  3. Tire pressure
  4. Tow release
  5. Air vent. (Wasps?)
  6. Pitot/Static ports

FUSELAGE (Cockpit)

  1. Instruments set
  2. Belts, condition
  3. Canopy latch
  4. Dive brakes closed/locked
  5. Documents
  6. Check Wing Pins/Control Hookups

TOW ARRANGEMENTS

  1. Tow rope & rings
  2. Review signals
  3. Make sure tow pilot knows required speed
