presently of Colonial Lodge Retirement Home, died at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, at McCuistion Medical Center. Services were held Friday, March 4, in Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Peel and the Rev. Ray Starnes officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Floyd was born April 19, 1903, in Texas, a daughter of Joe M. and Othello Arnold Rogers. She attended Crossroads school in Red River County and married T. L. (Tommy) [Thomas L.] Floyd on Feb. 15, 1920. He died June 24, 1987. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the New Era Sunday School Class. She was a member of the United Methodist Women. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Bill (Wanda) McCollum of Texarkana; two sons, Morris Floyd of Midlothian and Thomas Ray Floyd of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Audrie Canfield of Bogata and Beatrice Kennemer of Paris; and two brothers, E. A. Rodgers of Paris and Leo Rodgers of Paris.'

She was married to Thomas L. FLOYD on 15 Feb 1920 in Red River Co., Texas. Thomas L. FLOYD was born on 31 Oct 1898 in Red River Co., Texas. He died on 24 Jun 1987. Ocie Ila RODGERS and Thomas L. FLOYD had the following children:
