HAUNTED HOUSE PROPS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL

From the pictures you can get a pretty good idea what the items look like that we have available for rental and the following list gives a brief description of the items and rental fees.

Frankenstein Lab - a realistic looking lab that features a Nebula Ball, Smoking Cauldron, Black Lights and Bubbling Liquid Glass Columns. Rental fee $600.00*

An 8' high Arch Entryway which features two pillars approximately 8' apart with an Arch that spans on top and two brick look boarders. Pillars have flickering flame look electric lanterns. Rental fee $500.00*

Four 6' Wooden Coffins - black, will accommodate a 6' person, hinged on one side. Rental fee $100.00 each (if you pick up and return) $150.00 (if we deliver and pickup within a 30mile radius) Rent all 4 for $350.00 or $500.00 delivered and picked up.

Miscellaneous small props which include: 5 Foam Gravestones, 2 Laughing Head Skulls, three 5' Skeletons plastic, various bloody body parts and small props to "accessorize" the haunted house look , all not rented separately but used to dress up the Haunted House Look.

PACKAGE DEAL! If you choose to rent out the Lab, Archway and Coffins, we will deliver and set it up and pick it all up after your party and work with you to get the best possible Haunted House Look by accessorizing it with small props and spider webs all for only $1500.00. If you need other things like strobe lights, smoke machines or some other item that you'd like, including performers to be scary characters that will interact with our props and your guests, talk to Sherry for a price quote.

*Rental fees on items 1 and 2 include delivery, set up and pickup. There will be security deposits on all items rented which are refundable when items are returned to us or picked up by us. Items can't be out in the rain, so if it rains things will have to be set up in an area that is protected from the rain.
