Whether your dog is a puppy, older dog, needs manners or has behavior problems, we can help you and your dog to have the best possible relationship!
The majority of what we do is work with each dog individually in your real home environment! This allows us to customize training methods for your dog's individual personality, and personalize the curriculum depending on what's important to you.

We work closely with several local rescue groups.
Freshly groomed animals adopt out much quicker than the ones that come straight from the shelter or puppy mill (as most rescues do).  A good grooming gives the rescue organization a chance for more insight into the temperament of the dog and can help in the health assesment of the animal.

North Carolina Schnauzer Rescue
NCSR is a recognized 501c3 non-profit, all-volunteer group of dedicated members who work in North Carolina to rescue, assess through fostering, care for medical needs, and adopt out pure-bred miniature schnauzers.

At Pawfect Match Rescue we believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance regardless of their breed or age.
We take a different approach to rescue.  We don’t try to save the masses; we just save ONE at a time and make them the best dog they can be by the time they find their forever homes.
We’ll never be able to save them all, no matter how many we try to pull and foster.  So we believe that the one at a time approach with the extra TLC allows us to really KNOW the dogs and be able to match them more precisely with their new families.

Walmart Pharmacy
 
Did you know that certain pharmacies offer $4 prescriptions on GENERIC drugs?  I didn't.
When we were in Cincinnati over the holidays, trying to figure out the cheapest way to fill one of my dogs RX's (he may have bladder cancer), my mom told me that Krogers ofered $4 prescriptions on generic drugs (unfortunatley they didnt carry generic piroxicam).  Unfortunatley, the Krogers in NC do not offer this service.  But I did find out that Walmart (all of them) also offers this as well.  It doesnt matter the species the rx is for.
So keep this in mind when you need to have your next rx filled.  I know for us, even generic rx's thru our insurance is $10.
I do know that some vets are funny about writing prescriptions because they know the meds can be gotten for MUCH cheaper than what they sell it for.  But it is worth it to ask.
