Remote Control
I've recently added the capability to connect with your computer remotely. I prefer to service computers in person, but there are times when being able to work on your PC without making a housecall trip would save time and resolve the issue quicker.
How does it work? First, we communicate over the phone so that both of us are ready to establish a remote connection. Next, you click on the link to the Remote Control file below (remember to click "Run" at the prompts). Then, sit back and watch as I control your PC from mine.
Don't worry: as soon as the remote connection has ended, there is no way for me to reconnect from my end and the connection software uninstalls itself.
