Located directly off of historic National Pike, in the rural village of Flintstone, Maryland, this comfortable and charming farmhouse has
eight rooms including three bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, and two porches.It
accommodates up to six people. The farmhouse is not accessible to handicapped persons. Fishing is allowed by permit.

Rocky Gap Resort located on 245 acre Lake Habeeb and is open to the general public. Activities include hiking, rock climbing,
swimming with a beach, pontoon rides, canoeing and golfing. There is also an aviary.

Rocky Gap State Park encompasses over 3,000 acres of public land for guests to enjoy. Rugged mountains surround the park which
features 243 acre Lake Habeeb. The lake is fed by Rocky Gap Run which winds its way through an impressive mile long gorge
displaying sheer cliffs, overlooks and a hemlock forest dense with rhododendron. Activities include swimming, hiking,
picnicing. and bicycling.

The Victorian town of Cumberland is in the cradle of the valley of the Potomac River in Western Maryland, in the lush landscape of
the heart of the Appalachian Mountains and is a 10 minute drive west from the farmhouse.

Several locks of the C&O Canal are located close to the farmhouse, the start of the canal being located in Cumberland.

Green Ridge Forest State Forest is the second largest of Maryland's State Forests consisting of a 44,000-acre oak-hickory forest. Located
approximately eight miles east of Flintstone in the Ridge and Valley Province of the Allegheny Mountain chain. Town Hill,
Green Ridge and Polish Mountains elevation varies from 475 feet at the Potomac River to 2,039 feet on Town Hill. Magnificent
views of the surrounding landscape can be seen from Point Lookout, Banners, Logroll, Warrior Mountain and No Name Overlooks.
Rich in history, the forest was once the site for the Carroll Furnace, originally built as part of a steam powered saw mill
in the 1830's.
