The Iao Valley State Park is on the island of Maui. There you will find the Iao Needle, rising over 1,200 feet above the valley floor. If you continue west on Main St. from Wailuku, it will become the Iao Valley Road. On the way up to the Iao Needle and the State Park, you can see the profile of John F. Kennedy in the West Maui mountains.
When you stop to see JFK be careful. There are not many places to park. If you have never seen the rock formation before, you are going to say to yourself: 'Hey, Where's JFK?' The profile of JFK is the black rock formation. If you have binoculars, it will be easier to see.
