There are three levels of energy centers that link the body to the mind and higher consciousness - the Chakras, the Nadis and the Marmas. Our energy can be expanded and transformed through healing the seven major energy centers, the Chakras. 

There are seven Chakras which are located up the body from the Root Chakra at the base of the spine to the Crown Chakra at the crown of the head. The Chakras are the subtlest of the three being the nature of Pranic or energy centers rather than mere physical locations which is why their actions are seldom perceptible. 

The Chakras energize the marmas through a corresponding nadi that carries its energy to various portions of the body. The Nadis are the subtle channels that run from the Chakras to various points on the body and which energize our physiological systems. They are not physical nerves but perceptible energy flows.

The Chakras are the key to physical health, emotional stability, and mental clarity. They act as conductors, filtering energy from the heavens and earth, so that they can combine. The convergence of these energy fields forms a chakra. It is a vortex of moving energy, which then stimulates various endocrine organs of the body to secrete hormones into the blood system. 

These are known as ductless glands, because their secretions go directly into the blood stream. The effects of hormones control our body. They also affect our state of mind. 

Marmas are sensitive regions that develop from the Nadis. They distribute Prana, from the Chakras and the Nadis, thru-out the body as a whole. Through these Marmas we can treat the Nadi and ensure the proper flow of Prana through it. 

They govern the interchange of energy between the physical and subtle body.

Stress, toxins and negative emotions take up residence in the Marmas.  In our sound & chant sessions,  the marmas are stimulated to adjust their energy flow and rebalance the main systems of the physical body, Doshas and Chakras creating a blissful state of mind. 

We welcome you to experience THE CLEARING of the subtle levels of energy being, from the physical to the metaphysical.  The sound and tone series provided by SUSIE WASSERMAN is delightful.

Each person will receive this work differently, and we will never know the path throughout the bodies the intelligence of vibration or energy will take.  It would be accurate to say we will be working with the complex and intricate energetic beings that we all are."
