For daily reservations, if notification is received more than 14 days prior to the booking dates, then a full refund, less a $25 service charge, will be given.
For notifications of 14 days or less, a refund, less a service charge of $25 , will be given only if the unit is rerented.
For weekly and monthly rentals, the cancellation policy will be as written.
