"I wish for all beings to be happy and healthy. Where I can help I will give all my effort."
-Nashalla Gwyn Nyinda

Tibetan & Holistic Healing is operated by the husband wife team Nashalla Gwyn Nyinda and Dr. Tsundu Sengye Nyinda. Their aspiration is to help people find intrinsic health and balance. Each individual has specific needs, challenges and goals regarding their health. Finding health within is a process of looking at your individual nature, determining what needs exist, and creating the resources to support you.

In all Traditional Medicines there is a common thread. A person's Body-Mind-Spirit are encouraged to work together to both change and maintain a healthy state.

Nashalla blends the wisdoms of Tibetan Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Taoist 5 Element Medicine, Jin Shin Tara, Acupressure and Plant Spirit Medicine. She believes people must be encouraged to access information and continue to learn about themselves in order to grow healthy. Her extensive training and experience in multiple modalities and studies abroad have helped countless people over the years.

Dr. Tsundu brings over a decade of experience as a traditionally trained Tibetan Doctor and pharmacist. Tsundu strives to bring Tibetan Medical knowledge into the West by working with individuals and groups. He believes Tibetan Medicine offers a path to bring ones health into balance and as a preventive against the imbalances modern and busy life can create in the body and mind.

This dynamic team works both together and individually with clients. They frequently travel to do Tibetan clinics throughout the USA and to give lectures.
