Holy God, Lord of life and death,
you made us in your image and hold us in your care.
We thank you for your servant Lois, for the gift of her life.
and for the love ad mercy she received from you and then gave to us.

We thank you for all in her that was good and kind,
for all that we learned about you from her life among us.
