Thank you for visiting High Mesa Fitness® and the Way of Integrated Practice.
Along this mesa one may
practice weaving the Warrior Arts to Mastery. This will mean something different for each individual thus each path is honored.
The Training of High
Mesa Fitness® is informed by both the best of exercise physiology sciences and the inspiration of those ancestral warriors
who recognized that to express themselves honestly and fully meant affirming the many interconnected depths and heights of
living a full, robust, and joyful life. From running across desert landscapes to strengthening every sinew to writing a poem
in meditative moments; an embodied spirit is cultivated.
In this manner you will find on this High Mesa a resonance not unlike the Bushido of the Samurai
or the Native peoples of the Americas.
High ~ elevated, vertical, transcendent, without
Mesa ~ horizontal, breadth, Immanent, within
Fitness ~ 'to knit together'
