Hillsborough Exchange Club Program for the Prevention of Child AbuseThe Hillsborough Exchange Club has supported parenting education and prevent child abuse community awareness in all of Orange County since 2001. Our program is affiliated with the state and national National Exchange Club Foundation and Prevent Child Abuse NC. We have had active partnerships with the Orange County Department of Social Services, Alamance Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Safe Communities, Healthy Carolinians, and other community agencies. Our MissionTo prevent child abuse by enhancing positive parenting through the provision of educational and supportive programs that build upon the strengths of our families and our community.
