1 mA.

For use with any Hesper or Mastech tester, firmware modification required.

Performs all of the 2 terminal measurements up to the
capability of the host tester.

Handler Interface Stations

These stations are functionaly identical to a Satellite Test Station except
that they have no device test head capability. They are used when device
testing is performed at a handler via a Relay Box interface.
