Satellite Test Stations

These test stations expand the capacity of the host tester by adding a remote test site with the full functionality and capability of the host system.

Model 8601

For use with Hesper Model 8710 or Mastech Model 228 or 248.

Model 8701

For use with Mastech Model 8660 or 6660.

Model 8703

For use with Mastech Model 216.

Model 8705

For use with Hesper Model 8713 or 8715 or Mastech Model 342.

Model 8707

For use with Mastech Model 316.

For use with Hesper Model 9002.

For use with Hesper Model 9003.

For use with Mastech Model 8665.

Model 9603

High Voltage Satellite Test Station - Performs all of the standard 2 terminal measurements up to the

capability of the host tester (Maximum current 10 Amps), including VF, VFR, VZ, ZZ, BV, IR.

Additionally, diode BV and IR tests may be performed up to 5000 Volts @ 1 mA.

For use with any Hesper or Mastech tester, firmware modification required.

Model 9702

Performs all of the 2 terminal measurements up to the capability of the host tester.
For use with Mastech 8660 or 6660.

Handler Interface Stations

These stations are functionaly identical to a Satellite Test Station except that they have no device test head capability. They are used when device testing is performed at a handler via a Relay Box interface.
