High Voltage Booster, for IR and BV testing of 2 terminal devices up to 3000 Volts at 1 mA. Will perform pass
through testing of VF up to 10 Amps, VZ, and ZZ. Connects to any Hesper or Mastech tester, either master or
satellite station.
