Mastech Model 216MZ/OC, 1000 Volts, 60 Amps, transistors, diodes, rectifiers, zeners, SCR's, opto's, etc.
With binding post test fixture, extender boards, full documentation, 6 month warranty.
This system has front panel thumbwheels for test programming. It does not need a computer for that purpose. It does have the IEEE-488 connector for connection to a computer if it is desired for data logging or programming, etc. The Hesper Technologies Host Operating System can be purchased separately. The direct reading HFE parameter has been added. The automatic diode polarizer is included.
