· Developed an educational presentation describing the structure of the newly
developed Medicare Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) upon its initial release in 1991. Presentation was utilized
in seminars providing information on the new Medicare payment system to client physician groups, medical practice managers
and in-house colleagues.
· Conducted software
training programs for in-house staff and served as in-house resource for software evaluation, including demographic and planning
software, mapping software and use of the Internet
· Taught university-level graduate and
undergraduate health care management and policy courses on topics including health care administration, health care
services organizations and concepts in leadership.
· Created and conducted seminar presentations on topics such as an overview of the health care industry for
financial lending institutions and a review of urban health care determinants for graduate business executives
