Applicant must be a current senior at HBHS

Applicant MUST be related to a member of the Alumni Association who has been a member for at least SIX (6) Months prior to graduation 2009.

Pick up forms at the Career Center and return in detail completed by May 1, 2009.

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.  The decision will be made by May 15th with notification shortly thereafter.

When applicant picks up forms he/she must call Rosemary Robinson at (714) 536-3512 to verify that the relative is a current member of the Alumni Association.  Please note: if the relative is your Mother, please include her maiden name on the application.  The relative can be a brother, sister, aunt, uncle, cousin, parent, grandparent, etc.

Two letters of recommendation are required, i.e. teacher and/or employer.

A biographical sketch that includes your goals as well as your interests, which should include your accomplishments, activities and sports/athletics.  Also, community service and hobbies, etc.  Please furnish this information on a separate piece of paper.
