Generation No. 2. William WILKINSON was born 1818 in OH, and died 1894. He married Elizabeth MCLINTIC. She was born 1826 in PA, and died 1893. Notes for William WILKINSON: When William Wilkinson would travel to Chicago, IL to buy shoemakers materials he would purchase what he needed and often get drunk and squander the rest of the family money (Antedote related by cousin, Diane Aker Paradise, through family folklore). Not a pretty story, but probably true. 1903 Plat maps of Koscuisko County, IN show several Wilkinson and McLintic families still living in the area. 	Generation No. 3 Charles (Charley) C. WILKINSON (William} was born Mar 09, 1863 in Elkhart, IN, and died May 24, 1938 in Los Angeles, CA. He married Frances Anna Alice DRAKE, Mar 13, 1884 in Elkhart, IN, daughter of Fielding DRAKE and Elizabeth HARTMAN. She was born Nov 29, 1866 in Oswego, IN, and died Oct 09, 1921 in Los Angeles, CA. Notes: Grandpa Charley was a nightwatchman. After he retired, he moved to Los Angeles, CA with his daughter's, Ilah and Ethel. He shared a room with their step-father, Unie Clark. After they both passed, the two father's were buried together in the same plot at Grace Lawn Cemetary, Elkhart, IN

Notes for FIELDING BOONE WILKINSON: cousin Erma says that she and her brother Robert were not very close, although after their dad (Fielding Boone Wilkinson) died, they did become closer and that their family was not a very loving/touching family. They're parents were always quarreling and she was afraid of their dad. He lived most of the time in Chicago, IL while the rest of the family lived in Elkhart. He worked on the railroad. Their mother worked and Erma looked after Robert. Robert married 5 times. Erma says that some relative had told her that our Grandmother Frances Anna Alice Drake was related to Sir Francis Drake....Isn't everyone?
