My alma mater. Home of the Hawkeyes and the name behind my Web page.   What can I say about the school? It's more than just another Big Ten university. At its heart is its location. Located in Iowa City, Iowa it manages to both shape the city and be shaped by its Iowa residents. You can see and feel the warmth of its people.   Iowa provided me with an excellent education, both academically and socially. I'm an accounting graduate from an accounting program known for its smaller more intimate style. Its PhD program is one of the best in the country. I also liked the fact that Iowa excelled at quite a few other fields, including Physics, Medicine (most noteworthy their Internal Medicine and Nursing programs), Speech Pathology, English (with their Writer's Workshop), and more.   I'd invite you to take a look at my school and check out the links I've provided below.
