I was fortunate to find the Alexander Technique after suffering
needlessly for decades from tension related pain.
After falling in love with the Technique, I studied under Frank
Ottiwell at the Alexander Technique Institute of San Francisco to become a
teacher of the Technique. I was certified to teach by the American Society for the Alexander
Technique in 1999.
