In the third league game, Hart beat Burbank 40-6.
Travis Carroll was 25 of 36 for 296 yards and five touchdowns. He threw 13 straight completions to start the game. He
also ran for about 90 yards. The Burbank quarterback was 3 for 10 with 4 interceptions. Burbank scored in the last couple
of minutes or so to avoid a shutout.
Hart scored on its first three possessions and led 21-0 at halftime. The Hart defense forced five turnovers. Jerry Owens,
a soph CB, had two interceptions and a fumble recovery.
Hart's running back, Chris Wright, was knocked out of the game in the third quarter with a possible concussion.
