Mike Kocicka completed 164 passes in 281 attempts (58.4%). He threw for 2953 yards with 32 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He also ran for 315 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Soren Halladay had 52 catches for 1095 yards, a 21.1 average and 10 TDs. On defense, he had 97 tackles, 4 fumble recoveries and 2 Ints. He also averaged 33.6 yards on 22 punts.

Both Kocicka and Halladay were named all-CIF. Kockicka went to UNLV and later transferred to Virginia Tech. Halladay played wide receiver at BYU.

Linebacker and wide receiver John McLaughlin did not have the great numbers but was very highly recruited, initially attending Notre Dame and ending up at Cal where he was drafted by and played for the Tampa Bay Bucaneers for two seasons.

Sophomore Teddy Iacenda was the running back. He had 684 yards on 116 carries (5.9 yards per carry). He also had 31 receptions for 442 yards. He was the leading scorer with 19 touchdowns.

Two other sophomores started on the team, linebacker Marc Zimmerman (who had 72 tackles and 2 interceptions) and Todd Renfro who played corner and had 56 tackles and 3 interceptions.
