Biography
	Pete Harned, the principal and founder of the firm, graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 1985 with Valedictorian honors. His undergraduate program was at California State University, Sacramento, where he studied criminal justice. He is an experienced former prosecutor and senior litigator from the Office of the Sacramento County District Attorney, where he successfully prosecuted, over a period of eleven years, hundreds of cases involving homicide, robbery, assault, burglary, rape, child molestation and narcotics possession and sales. He also worked in the intelligence division of the California Department of Justice for several years prior to joining the Sacramento District Attorney's Office in 1985. Mr. Harned opened his own firm in 1996, and has actively and successfully defended persons charged with serious criminal offenses in the Sacramento and surrounding areas.
