The best way to cut it down was with my 7 1/4 inch circular saw. Ripping it on both sides to penetrate the
thickness completly. Although it sure made a mess of my blade after a few cuts. Need to get some pitch cleaner.
Anyone for a 12 inch by 12 square, 3 inches thick? The really neat thing about these jumbo sized blanks is the
grain direction. Almost all of it is quartersawn. Being that the thing is so big. And my mill guy new exactly
how to cut it.
