The Way Love Flows
(Her Version) by Eve Adam,
a.k.a. Harmonic Eve
There once was a man. I loved him. We built a life
together. Most of it was good, Yet it seemed like a prison And he was the warden. There once was
a man. He was perfection. He showed me the way To the ONE I had forgotten, God, Source of all LOVE -- Written in
capital letters. There once was a man, Old as my father. He loved me and I responded. He needed a partner; I
needed one too. We each found another. There once was a man Who needed a wife To make him acceptable To
the industry bosses. Strange partners we were, Better friends than lovers. Now again I wonder Why
is there one man My heart has accepted Above all others? How long can I live With no personal touch? Is
it better to love The way love flows When the channel is blocked Or to look for another? Who will look
in MY direction? How much can I share?
