LIQUID MUSCLE

In order to rebuild and grow fat and muscle tissues, especially with your high metabolism, you need to eat a lot of food! Water is just as important as food, especially while using supplements that could dehydrate you, or do nothing for you if you're not keeping enough water in your system.

A four to five thousand calorie a day diet may make some people exhausted just thinking about it. However there are ways to consume this much while keeping fatigue and expense down to a minimum. To propose that half of this diet consist of milk may cause even more exhaustion, however most bodybuilders use milkshakes to keep up with meals (sometimes called "meal replacement shakes" or "protein shakes"), which is the easiest way to go since liquid doesn't fill you up as fast as food does and you can blend a lot of it and drink it in moderation throughout the day. Since a third of a gallon of milk is used for the shake, it's not so much really.

Here's a tasty, 2,000 calorie cocktail that might make your girlfriend dizzy (calories, carbohydrates, protein):

4 scoops of chocolate flavored Muscle Milk (696, 24, 64)
4 tablespoons of peanut butter (380, 14, 16)
1 cup of oatmeal (300, 54, 10)
1 banana (108, 27, 1)
1/3 gallon of 2% milk (690, 69, 42)
2 teaspoons of unflavored Creatine Monohydrate

Totaling: 2174 calories, 188g carbohydrates, 133g protein

The taste will be a thick, oats version of chocolate peanut butter with a banana aftertaste. One thing about Muscle Milk is that part of the expense is the taste (it's one of the best tasting protein shakes I've ever had).

Don't try to drink all of the recipe at once or you'll get sick. Drink it in moderation thoughtout the day along with the rest of your gallon of milk, while your co-workers tease you for carrying a gallon of milk to work everyday. The shake and the gallon coupled together will equate to 3,500 calories, which leaves you five hundred to a thousand cals away from your goal, and you haven't even had a traditional meal yet!

SUPPS

The best tasting of all protein and meal replacement shakes. (Trust me, taste is important!) It's quite expensive though, so buy it off the Internet in bulk.

This adds water and strength to muscles, thus increasing mass. You'll want to make sure to drink lots of water because of this. Creatine isn't really that expensive, so simply get a cheap one year membership at GNC and buy their big tub of plain monohydrate. Load and cycle this supplement by using about 4 teaspoons of it each day for the first 7 to 10 days of the month and then cut down to 2 teaspoons for the rest of the month.

How this works is hard to explain. NO2 is basically a blood supplement, so it has this funny side effect where it gives you a "perpetual pump," which means, after an exercise, the muscle you used is huge and pumped up. (The "pump" is incredibly motivating sometimes because you look a lot bigger than usual while you're working out in the gym.) It adds a lot of energy and strength to workouts as well as accelerated muscle growth afterwards, both of which are the main reason to use it. It's very expensive: About fifty cents per pill, so try to get the official GNC version when it's discounted every month. Load and cycle this supplement by using about 3 to 4 pills twice daily for the first 7 to 10 days of the month and cut down to 1 to 2 pills twice daily for the rest of the month.
