In May I delivered the novel Starbound, the sequel to Marsbound, to Ace Books. It will come out in January 2010. Currently working on Earthbound, the final book in the trilogy.

I have a few other novels in different stages of incompletion.

May 31, Sun—Joe talks to the Writers Assoc. of Gainesville, Tower Rd. Library. "How I write books and why nobody in their right mind would do it that way,"  Bring books at 2, return at 2:40 to speak.

June 21-28  Jack Williams cruise to Alaska – folk music and glaciers

June 30-July 4 – traveling around Alaska.  Signings in Anchorage and Homer.

July 14-24—Joe teaches at Launchpad, U. of Wyoming, Laramie, WY.  

July 26-August 6, retreat on Norton Island, ME.  Eastern Frontier Foundation.  Not open to the public.

August 6 – 11-- Anticipation, Worldcon, Montreal, Canada.   Panels, reading, signings.
