Associate Membership - Good if you just want to keep in touch, but can’t attend meetings. For $15 per year, you’ll receive:

- HACWN’s monthly four-page newsletter, which includes HACWN news, markets looking for writers, and informative articles.

- Monthly e-mail marketing updates.

- Various e-mail reports.

- HACWN membership directory.

Active Membership - Great for those who can attend at least some meetings or conferences. For $25 per year, your benefits are:

- HACWN's monthly newsletter.

- The HACWN membership directory.

- Event discounts on conferences and monthly meetings.

- More intensive email marketing updates and reports of hot opportunities.

- Free critique group.

Professional Membership - Restricted to those who are professional writers or editors and meet HACWN's professional membership qualifications. Your $35 annual dues pay for:

- All Active Member benefits, plus ...

- Your books listed in an annual brochure.

- Professional Members Only events.

- Listing in the speakers brochure.

Professional membership is limited to those who have published a minimum of 20 manuscripts in paying publications, sold one book to a traditional publisher, or self-published one book that has sold more than 200 copies.
