  • Solar provides renewable energy almost every day, especially in the warmer climates. Most areas receive around 1kW per square meter(~1 square yard) during the peak solar day . So how much can we use? Directly in electricity, between 10 and 25% depending on the type of Solar PV (photovoltaic) panels. In heat, we can approach 70-80%. With a typical 'Solar day' of about 5 hours, this is an enormous amount of energy. Just ask youself: How hot is the beach on a hot day?
