Windows XP SP2 breaks the JukeBox client/server relationship. Please visit our support area for a workaround.

We have announced the GrayWolf Crescendo USB infrared controller. This exciting new product is be the only infrared controller supported by GrayWolf CD JukeBox 2 (existing customers may continue to use their current infrared controller).

CD JukeBox works well with Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP. Please note the the IRX controller will NOT work with Windows NT, Window 2000 nor with Windows XP. You can use Crescendo with Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems.
