Combos
Probably the most common question asked by new folks on the list or board is "What wheels fit my car?" This is a guide showing what has worked for other people. I've listed as much information as I have, as well as provided pictures. Take care when ordering, as I am not responsible if you get stuff that doesn't fit.
Bear in mind that police packages, taxis & wagons have a 5x5 bolt pattern, while everything else has a 5x4.75. Measure if you're not sure!
If you have a wheel & tire combo you would like to share, please send me the info and some pics, and I will post it.

Cecil Smalley 1989 9c1
15x8 Chevy Pickup Rally Rims 5x5 bolt pattern 3.75" backspacing
245/60-R15 Front tires, 275/60-R15 rear tires.
Comments from Owner: Originally had 275/60-R15 tires on the front, but they rubbed the
inside of the fenders. Thinks more backspacing (4-4.25") would have
worked better, and that 255/60-R15 tires would have fit up front

RAZZ 1989 9c1
15x8 Rims 5x5 bolt pattern 3.75" backspacing
255/60-R15 Front tires, 275/60-R15 rear tires.

Orn Wilson 1990 9c1
17x8.5 Impala SS Wheels 5x5 bolt pattern
255/50-17 all around
Comments: Soon getting 255/45-17 all around. Car is lowered 3"-4"

Chip Tomashek's 1990 9c1
15x7 9c1 wheels 5x5 bolt pattern
255-60-15 all around
Comments: Slight bulge, but normal wear

Jim Haase 1984 LeSaber (yes, it's a B-body)
15" Keystone Classic Rims rear, 14" Keystone Classic Rims front
275/60-R15 in the rear, 235/60-R14 for the front

Owen's 1980 Oldsmobile Delta 88
15x8 1984 Camaro rims (missing center caps)
235/75R15 on the rear, 215/75R15's on the front

Spazzer Mike's Delta 88
17x8 Wheel Vintiques Chevy Rally,
4.5" backspacing
255/50R17 all around
Comments: Front end has Global West front springs, F-body front sway bar
with poly hardware, bilstein shocks, 9C1 upper/lower A-arms, 9C1 spindles with
12" wagon rotors, Performance Friction brake pads for Impala SS. Rear End
has '90 9C1 rear springs with Air Lift bags in them, Herb Adams VSE rear sway
bar, bilstein shocks, stock upper trailing arms, BMR std. length lower trailing
arms. Stock 9.5" drum brakes. The 9C1 rear coils have lifted the rear
of the car really high, I need some Impala SS springs in the back really and the
Global West springs lowered the front about 2" or so, looks really goofy
right now.

My 1989 Caprice 9c1
15x7 Astro Van rally wheels 5x5 bolt pattern (same size as stock)
225/75/R15 all around
Comments: This is essentially the same as stock, but the rally wheels were
under $100 complete for the wheels, caps, trim & lug nuts. If you do go with
this (bargain) set-up make sure to get the right sized lug nuts. The
Safari van has metric lugs but the Astro & 9c1 have English. The
correct nuts have a barely noticeable ridge on the top, while the Safari (wrong)
nuts have a very pronounced ridge. You need the lugs from the Astro, as
they're specially made to hold the center cap on. You can only get them at
the yard or dealer.
