Other b-bodies on the web:

Eric the Impala Farmer
I think this guy is a little nuts.  Great page, lots of info, and a huge boxy B-body collection.  He's looking for info on early boxy BelAirs (Canadian Caprices).

Brenda's 83 Caprice
This site is an EXCELLENT source of information on the boxy B-Bodies.  Great job!

CD Smalley
Hands-down, coolest looking site award goes to CD.  Check out his opening page!  The Caprice link is on the lower right.  He's got a good write upon how to install adjustable fuel pressure in a TBI motor.

Marcello Rupelli
Wow.  Big time frame off restoration of 77 coupe.  Lots of Pics.  He's going with a Pro Touring set up, which is what I would love to do!

Tappaja's 79 Caprice Coupe
You have to Czech out this site.  You think fixing up your B-body is hard?  Just be glad you're not this poor bastard in the Czech Republic.  Looks to be a great car in the future.  Is that a new frame?  I don't know, I can't read a word of the site, but the pics are good.

Technical Info:

GM Forums.com
This site is for just about everything GM.  Check out the section for 77-90 B-bodies.  There's a great bunch of guys there, especially the administrator, CD (very knowledgeable about these cars).  If you have one of these cars and you're not on this board, you're nuts.

Scott Mueller Suspension Mods
This is a link to B-Body.net, a great site for 91-96 Caprices & Impalas.  I linked the suspension mods page because the suspensions were identical from 77-96 (Almost 20 years!  That tells you how well these cars were built!).

Third Gen.org
Not much here for the 77-79 B-bodies, but plenty on TBI engines found in later Caprices and also lots on TPI, a popular swap motor.  See the ultimate TBI mods and guides for making a dual snorkel air filter and installing an open element filter.

Sources I use for parts:

Vandevere Oldsmobile
Yeah, usually the new car parts counter at the dealership screws you, but this guy Dal is great.  He knows a lot about the GM B-bodies and has helped out a lot of guys with projects (especially the 94-96 Impala guys).

Crazy Ray's Junkyard
Ok, this isn't the site for this place but actually a review in the CityPaper in Baltimore.  Great Pick & Pull yard, generally have lots of  big bodies.  Also, it costs $1 to get in.

Brandywine Parts
Just about the opposite of Crazy Ray's.  Brandywine is a huge "parts recycler" (fancy!).  They have several yards in the Metro Washington DC area, and they can get a lot of stuff.

GM Parts Direct.Com
Very cheap prices, but they make it back on the S&H charges.
